How far ahead can I book?
Online up to 90 days ahead and no later than 30 minutes before. Tables start every 30 minutes. The last booking is at 9:30 pm because the kitchen cooks until 9:30 pm.
Is my table confirmed straight away?
Your booking stands once you have our confirmation. We look at every request and get back to you as soon as possible, at the latest on the next opening day.
What if everything is full?
You can join the waiting list. If a table becomes free, we will call you.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Use the link in your confirmation email to change or cancel it yourself. Without email, just call us on 0203 73 98 97 00.
Do I need an email address?
No, your name and mobile number are enough. With an email you also get the confirmation, a calendar entry, a reminder the day before and the link to make changes.
Can we ask for a high chair or add special requests?
Yes. In the last step you can request a high chair and add notes, for example allergies or an occasion such as a birthday.
What about Ramadan?
For iftar we ask you to arrive 45 minutes before the fast is broken. During Ramadan the booking shows you the right arrival time for each day.
